Lindsay

Company founder Lindsay trained and specialized as Cordon Bleu chef at Silwood Kitchen, South Africa and is renowned for her professional film & TV catering services over the past 25 years.

The passion for creating delicious, lip-smacking, healthy cuisine has afforded Lindsay the opportunity to work with some of South Africa's most prestigious and celebrated organisations. 

From serving scrumptious cuisine for Nelson Mandela's birthday celebrations on Robben Island to catering for the 160 strong film crew of the recent film "Dark Tower"!

 No job is too BIG or small!



Chef Maurice

Head Chef Maurice has set himself apart from his peers with his unique expertise in creating award winning cuisine. Maurice specialises in producing fresh Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, South African, Asian and Classical French cuisine. 

Working on private yachts in the South of France, catering private banquets in St Tropez and serving up top-shelf fare in numerous global locations, Maurice creates food alchemy from the most humble of ingredients. 

His specialist knowledge and experience with European and African cuisine affords him the opportunity to fuse these with adept skill and sensational results.

 A true Master Chef.

Enjay

Enjay is a native Capetonian, his expertise and local knowledge of Southern African speciality cuisine, operations and logistics management  AMA-zing 

Trained in business management and operations, Enjay steers the prep at the AMA-zing Central kitchen and is responsible for handling orders, selection of the fresh produce and delivery onsite presentation of all the corporate, Film & TV, special occasions and events.
